OK really!!! this is going to be done!

ok so life is moving along as it always does. Life does not stop for anyone. no matter what the mins just keep on ticking by. This is hard from me sometimes like i am sure all of you. I am about as serious as i have ever been about losing weight. I can not and will not continue the past that i have been going down. It is unacceptable. My family deserves better and so do I. so far i have lost about 25lbs since dec when i started this. that is better then gaining but from jan-jun i was not actively doing anything to lose weight. Now it is on. I am ready and i am not going to use time, life or money as an excuse to be fat any longer. the past week i have gone to the gym ever single day. (woohoo) and while the scale has not been my friend at all. I do feel better because i am moving forward. I am excited to do a 5K with Kyle in October as a birthday present to myself!! i am hope by January to do a 10K. and we will see from there the next goal! this is my life and i am taking it back!! not to mention that i am sooo going to be hot!!! that is a woohoo for Ron!
